About Hope
Licensed Massage Therapist Hope Katz Gibbs has been practicing massage since 1991 when she received her certification at Alive & Well in San Anselmo, CA. After raising her kids in Northern VA, she earned her 800-hour massage license in 2022 at Bodymechanics School of Massage in Santa Fe, NM. Hope is also a yoga teacher, Martha Beck-trained life coach, and Reiki Master. Her specialties include pregnancy and postpartum massage, reflexology, and chair massage.

Best of all, it will ignite your parasympathetic nervous system; in this state of calm rest and digest, your body can heal itself.
